Processing time
We dispatch orders within 24 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship across Belgium and the rest of the EU.

Wrong or undeliverable address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
