By accessing or purchasing from umatina-essential-core.base44.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place orders.
We sell iPhone cases, powerbanks, and related mobile accessories. All products are MFi-certified where applicable. Prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and limit order quantities.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm orders via email and may decline or cancel orders due to stock issues, payment verification, or suspected fraud. Stock levels are indicated on each product page.
We accept major credit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. Your card is charged at the time of order confirmation.
We ship from Amsterdam to addresses within the EU and select international destinations. Delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Certain items are excluded for hygiene reasons. See our Refund & Return Policy for the full procedure.
All UMATINA products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear. Warranty claims: support@umatina.com.
All content on this site — text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of UMATINA and protected by Dutch and international copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to submit false or fraudulent orders. Violations may result in order cancellation and account termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UMATINA's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights under EU law.
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
